I wanted to make a post to share my incredibly pleasant experience with Brett and Todd. I placed an order during the polyp palooza where things were very chaotic with the amount of orders and shipping conditions. Unfortunately, my order was one of the packages that was delayed about 4 days. I was supposed to get my order on a Thursday, but didnt receive it until Monday because of a mishap on Fedex's behalf. Despite getting my package so many days late, the majority of my coral survived and my ordered mainly consisted of LPS and SPS. Their packing is top-notch, which was a huge factor that contributed to my coral's survival; the other factor was the superb quality of the corals, the colors were absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. The corals that survived all opened up within a few hours of being in my tank. During this whole fiasco, Brett was in constant contact with me trying to resolve the shipping problem. He promptly returned my emails assuring me that I would be taken care if any corals didn't make it, so it I had plenty of peace of mind. When I went through picking out my replacement coral, Brett again, stepped up by helping me find the exact corals I was looking for, even if they weren't posted on the site. Brett and Todd are doing it right at Cherry Corals, top shelf coral with amazing customer service. I rarely go out of my way to write a review, but I felt obligated to share my experience because it was just that good and I will continue to purchase from them as long as I am in the hobby. Thanks Brett and Todd!

I have bought so many corals from them and will continue to. Actually have an open order now. Todd always takes care of me and I rate them in the top three of all online vendors.

I did my first Live Sale with Cherry Corals and I'm glad it was with them...Their packaging is the best I've seen thus far!! Also, every time I open my box from them; the corals have their polyps fully extended and they look very healthy!

Todd and Brett are very responsive to e-mails and phone calls as well!

Definitely one of my favorite places to pick up corals from!!
