Chicago sunburst looking bad

Got this Chicago sunburst about a week ago and just recently it’s mouth started to look puffy and just right now it started to look worse. Which you can see in the second picture where it’s deflated, it had spit out some brown slime so I’m not sure if it’s pooping or going to kick the bucket or if it was the frozen brine shrimp I had fed today 6 hours ago. Do you guys think this is just anemones being anemones or something else ?
