Hey guys I'm having a hard time to fit in the whole rubber into the hole on my chiller unit which causes it unable to fully screw.
What is the best method i could bend the rubber part to fit right in ?

I think you want silicone grease for this application, but I am only guessing as I don't have that chiller or the connection you are asking about.

But won't silicone grease harm any livestock within?

Put the rubber on 1st, then spit on it and push...

Meaning I have to take out the rubber from the elbow connector and plug into the hole first?

Yes, I'm pretty certain. Put the rubber in the hole (chiller side of connection), put a little lube(spit) on the inside opening of rubber and/ or shaft of line connection and push it in(should slide right in). If using actual lube, I would use a good grade product. I suggest trying spit
Edit- food grade, not good grade

Noted. will the rubber be hard to take it off? So far I never really try before.

It can. Pull it up from the base, don't just pull the end- it may tear. Try twisting it first. if it won't, run a toothpick or something around between the rubber and plastic

Compared to my chiller unit, this looks really thick.
Send the manufacturer a pic to confirm proper seal. They may even send you a new seal and fitting

Unfortunately I got this as a second hand item, so kinda out of question to get it from manufacturer.

Anyhow, seems the current solution is from @Reefering1 , I will try this out first before I buy another new elbow connector.

Did you do it yet? Now I want to know if
the seal is right... was it connected when you got it? It does look kind of big, but still within threads

Not yet, I'm still at work now though. The pictures looks big, but when I compare with the outlet, both are the same size.

I'd use this on that (sized appropriately); not what you're holding in your hand..

What is this connector called ?

Anyway if I really can't do it, last resort would be just getting the spare part.

I found a leak on the existing connector.
So i went out to buy a new one. Weirdly though, it seems the rubber is way larger than the old head on the inlet.
I suspect old batch of this hailea chiller maybe is utilizing smaller rubber.
Anyhow despite it unable to screw until the bottom. I still run it without any leaks.
