I am going to be picking up my cuc soon. I have come across different post saying that chocolate chips will eat your snails others say it's okay.

In my 125 gallon fowlr I plan on having 2 Emerald crabs for the kids. Some Trochus and nasarous snails with a chocolate chip starfish am i setting myself up for disaster?

I do not know about snails, but chocolate starfish love some corals. Ate quite a few of my discosomas before it was banished to sump.

They'l eat film algae detritus and meaty things like snails and clams...
