The worms themselves? No, they don't need light but will react to shadows briefly.Does anyone know if these are photosensitive? I have mine at the bottom of my tank, about 80 PAR, I saw someone mention they have theirs in 350 PAR. I know that have to be fed phytoplankton, but do they also need heavy light?
The Porites coral will need light though, ~200 PAR.
I bleached my first rock with too much light. All wormies and crabs still doing their thing
