Both chrome on my Android and the r2r app are really slow for me. On chrome, the site banner takes a long time to load. Scrolling/zooming is a bit buggy as well.

Is this a known issue?

I soley use chrome on my android and haven't had any issues on the mobile site. I did last week, but that was because I hit my high speed data limit and was throttled back, but back up to normal speed now.

I don’t use chrome and I’m terrible with technology so I’m not sure what the issue may be or if it’s anything known. I will suggest logging out and back in, I know that has helped others in the last with certain issues. Also going to tag @revhtree and @mdbannister so they are aware of the issue.

It seems to be working well now for me. Are you still having this issue? I tried both using my Macbook Pro and Samsung Note 8

The regular R2R app hasn't worked on my android phone since the update.
The mobile site is ok but I find the app easier for me to navigate, when it works.p

Figured it out. I had a bunch of bloatware disabled on my phone. When i enabled all of the stick software this sure is loading just as fast as my PC and no longer freezing.
