Never seen this before. This grew out from under a frag holding rock. It closes and opens. Anyone know what is is exactly? It also has is very stuck in place. If I try to pick it up, I move my whole aqua scape.

Good. If it survives it is just a filter feeder or photosynthetic, so leave it and see what happens. MO
Great actually. Keep an eye on it. If it extends its mantle it very likely PhotoSyenthetic clam.
