I have 3 clams... and i have them under LED lighting. There are white and blue LED what i usually do is around 11am turn on one set of the whites wait an hour and turn on the 2nd set of whites. They each have their own power inlet and that is how they are controlled, so i manually have to unplug a set and plug the others. Around 7-8PM i change to blue lights both sets. The clams dont seem to really change under the change. They definitely respond to the shadow test and when I'm actually swapping the lights, but once the lights are on they are open to the same extent as the white lights. I turn off the blues for night around 11-12 and leave it dark till the morning again.

Is there a preference here?
1 small Maxima, 2"-2.5"
1 Crocea about 4.5"
1 Deresa about 5"
They all look great, from time to time the Maxima will be a little more closed than normal. I think maybe from the cleaner shrimp walking around it. No fish in this tank. Small 35 Gal for now while I am working on setting up my other tank for them. Alk 9.5 Calcium 450.

The Crocea and the Maxima are the more light demanding of your clams. I think the clams that are pictured look healthy to me.

Funny thing, yesterday while at work the wife tells me the crocea threw itself off the rock at the top of the tank, fell all the way down. She updated me for the next few hours in which it had turned itself 360 degrees 2 times before I got home and picked it back up. No sand on bottom just glass ( Temp Tank ). Anyway i figured it didnt want to be there anymore, i suspect the current. I moved it back up half way. So far so good. I suspected it would throw itself off too, i kept noticing it was getting closer and closer to the end of the rock it was on and told her to keep an eye on it cause i could swear it was walking off... Sure enough it did.
