I had a blood shrimp disappear for more than a month. Same has happened with skunk cleaners and coral banded shrimp, especially after moulting. Relax and let him get settled in his new "skin." If something had killed it you'd see evidence.

My diamond gobie and my cleanup shrimp have both gone missing as well. I took out all the rocks and didn’t see anything. I moved the sand around and nothing! Any suggestions? Pics of gobie and shrimp

May be molting for which it hides 1-3 days until its shell hardens

I think it’s been eaten, your tank looks like it would have been easy to spot it if he was trying to hide.

Tip though, you can buy octopus, raw prawns and squid from the supermarket, chop up, freeze then defrost in RO water before feeding to the shrimp every day or so, the fish will likely not bother with him eating that.
