Cleaner Shrimp hiding from damsels ?

Please help my cleaner shrimp has been hiding from my damsel fish in a 5 gallon tank but I'm worried if my damsels have been torturing it

How many damsels in a 5 gallons tank ? There shouldn’t even be one in such a small tank. Is this a temporary set-up ?

It is temporary I plan on upgrading it soon and there are 2.

Can be intimidation from damsels or getting ready to molt in which they will hide until molting is completed

In such a small territory, it’s possible the shrimp doesn’t feel secure. It’s way too small. Upgrade as soon as possible.
