I just recieved a cleaner wrasse, it look stressed and weak, so I put him in a sump of a different system(not my DT), now it goes into chaeto to sleep, is it normal for a wrasse to sleep like that?

Did he form a mucus cocoon? Cleaner wrasses will look for a safe place for the night to prevent predation. But they do form a mucus cocoon when doing so.
