I brought this tank used. I’m trying to clean it with vinegar. The picture of part of the tank attached below won’t come clean. Any recommendations?

Lay tank on side and use soaked towels or paper towels with vinager or citric acid and let is soak for hours like this. It will then just rub off

Run it with citric acid for a while, the coraline will brush right off. You probably wouldn't even need to scrape anything, just brush. Then rinse well.

If it is just that area, do what ((fordtech)) suggested but I prefer citric acid, imo it works better than vinegar.

I would use citric acid. I think it would be about 3/4 cup per gallon. If you don't have any you can find it on Amazon. Bulk reef supply sells it as well.

For vinegar im sorry, I don't know the ratio to use...

To be honest, I don't even know if you can find the right detergent, try to contact the cleaners

To be honest, I don't even know if you can find a suitable detergent, try contacting the cleaners. As an example of my situation, I live in a rented apartment and do not follow the cleanliness, I work almost all day, and from that, I do not even notice the mess in the apartment. Once every 2 months, I call the cleaners from endoftenancycleaningnearme.co.uk/areas/holloway/ that 100% clean the apartment. For me, this is convenient because I do not waste my time, plus I can show the cleaners ' receipt for payment to my landlord

Just use it. Run it in the tank. It will cycle anyway. Ur tank.
All the coraline will turn white.
But will be organic compound material to break down inside the tank...
