Cleanup crew with a blue spotted pufferfish.

I was eventually going to buy a large tank, but I am putting a small 90 gallon tank in my room berfore that including a bluespot puffer, what cleanup crew would be safest? I was thinking a fore shrimp and a few coco worms but have doubts.
