Awesome! When you do, you should either get a high quality canister filter or set up a sump - the fish you have will produce a lot of waste!
Last question can I transfer the old water on 75 to new gallon with the fish to don’t wait long time to transfer the fish

You can, but if I were you I'd just set it up with new water and transfer the old rock for beneficial bacteria. If your water is cloudy and your fish have had diseases, you might as well use new water.

Thanks for your help

Would suggest getting a sump, add a Skimmer, Return pump instead of Having a Canister filter..Trust after buying all these, eventually you will get sump and etc. so just spend at the sump instead of getting the canister
