Just noticed this morning that my tang has a cloudy eye. Last fish added a couple weeks ago and only a water change since then. Should I remove and quarantine? If yes medicate? Don’t see anything on other fish. He was originally QT’d with Cupramine for 3 weeks and has been in DT for 1 month.

yes it is and may likely have occurred from scrape or injury but do also assure your ammonia has not become elevated to cause such issue. The treatment for this occurrence is in a separate quarantine setting utilizing the same salinity and temperature as your display tank and is Ethromyacin ( maracyn/maracyn 1) for 5 days
