August 6th we filled tank and added bacteria on the 8th and added two fish on the 11th and added two urchins on th 20th and that's it

Excacly, that's the problem with the tank.
It never went through a perfect cycling fase.
It's trying now but has a hard time.

In a perfect reef world, start the cycling process and test almost everyday on ammonia and nitrite to see how your cycling performs.
When you reach that perfect 0.0 # on ammonia and nitrite you ghost feed some ammonia and watch closly how that does in 24hrs.
Some cycles can take up to two weeks or longer before you really add any fish in there.

Read up as much as possible and see if you can get that tank back on track.

If you don't mind the price microbactor7 cleared my tank right up while I was cycling
