Cloudy water

I recently noticed my water is more cloudy and there are some copepod like critters all over the glass that are white and translucent.. I suspect this is because when I took off my HOB filter some water spilled out and was basically a bacteria catalyst.

I would just ride it out. You can do a water change or run activated carbon which might help.
