Cloudy

Have a 125. For the last 3 months the tank has been pretty cloudy, like when I look from one end till the other. Used to be crystal clear. I use BRS rox and I doesn't seem to make a difference. I'm wondering what's going on?

Gonna need more to go on otherwise I assume gnomes are to blame.

Are you using RODI?

Just may be.

But yeah I am. Filters may be going bad, think that may be it? Every level in my tank is good. Been set up for a year, rock and sand about 3 years old.

I've made many many mistakes! Used treated tap water once instead of RODI and my tank clouded like a snow storm in New York (see what I did there)! So my first thought is water! If you have a TDS meter use it, if not change your filters. Your RODI may also need to be flushed.

Ha....nice use of them words. Yea I guess I'll change the filters. I flush it every time I turn it on and off for bout 5 mins

Mine was milky. I could see the milky color flowing in the water. got a cheap HOB UV Sterilizer and BAM huge difference overnight.
