Clove (Daisy) Polyps Never opened since leaving store

I purchased a colony of daisy clove polyps about a month ago. Perfectly happy in the store, once put in my tank, it never opened up and has yet to open up. Any help on this? I have tried low light, and low flow, and vise verse. Water Peramiters are fine. Feed them reef roids 3 times a week, and still havent opened. Thanks.

Tank age? Lighting used? Parameters? How did you acclimate?
