one of my clowns has been sitting near the bottom corner of the tank, he doesn’t seem to have any white spots or anything, he’s just acting weird.

1) Turn off the flow
If he starts swimming flow may be an issue, (exhaustion) check PH.

2) does he eat?

3) check all parameters (professional test done by a reef store if you can asap)

4) do a water change only if the tests come back bad.

5) your clown my have a serious problem… disease

Pic is very blurry. While clowns do act weird this could also be illness or signs of aggression from other fish. Reading and answering the questions posed in this link may help things along here

What would he have done before the change in behavior, eat like a pig?

Who else in the tank?
sorta yeah. he likes to eat.

3 pajama cardinals, pink bar goby, midas blenny, another clownfish, green clown goby, cleaner shrimp, and a handful of hermits and snails

Parasites don’t always show themselves, making diagnosis difficult. If he’s Breathing fast, lathargic in motion in addition to slowed or stopped eating that leans me a bit in the possible direction of parasite.

Any body or anything wet added recently?
Any disputes that you know of?

SomeTimes after a fight, they can be shocked but that would be temporary if the issue has been resolved.
the clown goby was added last wednesday

Go get a professional test done by a LFS store. The quicker the better. If parameters are all in check question them and they may even help you on decisions of QT him to a sort of treatment for 2 weeks.
Good luck.

Answering as many of the questions you can now and providing white light pics and video will help the most.
