Velvet on clowns

This morning I went to feed my fish and noticed that the clowns which are usually hogs did not make a move for a single piece of food. They were swimming in place at the top of the tank acting weird. They did have a velvet-y coating on them so I pulled them from the tank and placed them in a separate tank with copper out of caution. Does this look like velvet? The other orange clown I can't get a good definition photo of him but the black clown takes a good photo. I have other fish in the tank and they seem to be acting semi odd but I can't tell if I'm paranoid or not.

Could you post some clear pics or a short video of the Clownfish in distress? Please use the brightest white lights you have, turning off all your blues for clarity. If you take a video, it's helpful to first post it to YouTube and then link that back here.

All other fish in the DT are normal but I have a Wrasse that is swimming at the top of the tank. He isn't staying there he just swims to the top for a second. I can't say I've seen him venture past 3/4 quarters of the way up before but I may be mistaken. Everyone else is eating well.

I know the pics aren't the best but it's hard to get a good capture with the phone I apologize.

This looks to be ich which they can get.
You will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25 for a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored with a Hanna Brand copper test kit- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone. All other fish in with it should also be removed as they have also been exposed to the parasites and placed in quarantine tank.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off. Inverts and coral can remain in the display (not treatment) tank during fallow period.
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store, a Rubbermaid type tub or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

Can you post a video of the fish? There are three probable diagnoses: ich, velvet or brooklynella. I really need a clear video of the fish to tell you which might be going on here.
