What type of Oscellaris clown is this guy

That fish is 100 percent in fact occelaris. He would be considered a "misbar" occelaris meaning its missing stripes.
 
How big is it? It's hard to tell from the picture but really young percula clowns can take quite some time to stripe up and the genetics of clownfish are so muddied because of commercial breeding that ocellaris and percula are often crossed, so it's hard to say with definity which it is.
I don't know the fancy commercial names but it might be to early to tell what it's going to finally look like anyway.

Just over an inch long.
 
That's a borderline baby then. I would have expected to see the beginnings of more stripes if it was going to get them by that size so it's likely it will stay pretty similar to how it is now.
