hello, this morning i found one of my clown fish has spot on the body, do you guy know what cause it?

Do you mean the spot on the wide white band? That's tough to see under blue lights. We'll need a pic and video taken under white lights. This could be a sting from a coral, or maybe even a bite from another clown.
