Clown goby aggression

I have 2 clown gobies in a 30 gallon nano tank, and they seem to be quite chippy, as in one is more dominant and keeps chasing the other, will this agression resolve maybe by changing gender, if they do? Ive had them for about over a week now.

They are very hard to pair. I suggest returning one before one dies
