clown has a huge tumor-like extrusion help!

i have a tank with a few other clowns and i got this one late, so the others ganged on him, since he was badly bitten on the fins i tried to nurse it back. its been eating alot! but since its in my sump i noticed this! it looks like a giant egg infection about to explode from its skin, pls help i dont want lose the clown :(

what is it..?!? cure?
notice how bulky it is :((

Ouch that looks painful! I am not sure to be honest but someone will know!
 
Not 100% sure but looks like it more than likely got a nasty bite and it has become infected. You need to setup a hospital tank and find out what antibiotics you can get locally. I would look at erythromyacin or something similar. You can also get some antibacterial flake and pellet foods. I would add some garlic drops to the water as well.....Good luck, hope you save it......
