Unfortunately your experience is not abnormal. Dominance and aggression is part of the mystery and magic of clownfish. There are actions that can be taken to help the situation.

What size is the tank? Are there any hiding places? Are you able to rearrange any of the aquascaping as a temporary distraction?

You have a beautiful tank! In addition to possibly adding a top (at least temporarily), on thing that I have tried is to add a container into the tank with mesh/holes that the male can fit through but not the female. Once they show signs of pairing then usually the container is no longer necessary. I realize that this may not be the most visually appealing solution but it is temporary. Good luck!
