Hi @Humblefish , I clicked on your "Blue Links", landed on https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/how-to-quarantine.189815/

I have put a lot thoughts on how to quarantine, glad to find that link. a question about the Option A and B quarantine protocols in the above: both seems not preventively treat the Brooklynella disease, right? if so, this would be the disease and fish I would need to observe closerly during the the QT period before I release the clownfish to DT, is that is the idea?

When QTing clownfish I would take a more proactive approach being they are so prone to Brooklynella. So, I would prophylactically dose metronidazole with them every 48 hrs for 2 weeks.

Same with chromis, as they are very suspectible to Uronema marinum and metro also treats that disease.
