Hello all,
I have now 3 month long one anemone and 2 clownfish. Is looking like working well.
Then i get one month a go a new clownfish (withs is not the same type) and I add a new anemone for him in my DT. So he get 2 weeks in my QT and the new anemone stay in place on the other side of the DT, ( a little distance to the exsiting).
I add him to the DT and he stay in the new anemone for a week.
After 8 days then I coming on the morning, this anemone is in parts and he don't take care this anymore.
Next day this anemone is dead.
Now he go to the other clownfish and start to fitting very aggressive.
So I put him in a glass box inside.
How to do next ? Get a new anemone or put him on a other Tank ?

Have you ever heard 3 is a crowd...lol
Adding a 3rd Clownfish can cause major problems in the same tank. Your 3rd Clownfish is a maroon, very aggressive, she is larger and will kill both of your clownfish. Yes pull her out and put in a different tank. It's best just to keep a pair only in one tank.
In some cases there have been hobbyist who have created an anemone tank with a harem of juveniles clownfish but all of the same species.

Hello,
the question is hard to understand but I am guessing you are trying to put 2 anemones and 2 different types of clowns in the same tank???
This is a recipe for disaster and I would not do it, the maroon clowns are mean and will want to kill the others.
Hope this helps.

Okay I will put him in a other tank. Many thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

Thanks for your answer, yes is better to have him in a other tank and not go together in this DT.

Clowns are pretty mean, to each other and also some other fish. My two false percs killed a yellow tail demoisale, two mollies and a cardinal. I’m scared to add any other fish save bottom dwellers simply because they have had the tank over a year and feel it is theirs.
