Welcome to Reef2Reef!

How long have the fish been on your tank?

Do you know the salinity of the water they arrived in versus your tank?

Is either/both fish eating yet?

Hello thanks for responding they have Been in the tank for about 7 hours by now and I temp acclimated and also dripped acclimation the smaller male is close to bottom on a rock very calm and the larger female I seen in that very weird position and freaked me out. Allow to settle overnight and Keeping them under low light is good. If anything different, I would have quarantined them especially if wild caught

On a side note, curious why your water level is so low? Just looks like stress to me. Where did you get them from? Add to what Jay said salinity is important and were the overnighted and was the bag water cold?

I live in Florida and they were from ORA shipped form two and half hour away. My water is low because I was acclimating them pouring small amounts of water into bag to acclimate I will refill soon. Bag water was around 70

I just bought 2 Picasso clowns from ORA two days ago. They did the same thing! Lol, don’t worry it’s just gonna take a couple of days for them to settle in. My are two days in and aren’t eating yet so when that happens don’t worry either. Fish looks nice and healthy.

I would expect Clownfish to be eating after 2 days. What are you feeding them?
I’ve used spectrum pellets and frozen spirulina mysis. I also bought 3 yellow damsels from ORA in the same order and all of them are eating like maniacs. I’m not worried. These aren’t wild caught fish with sunken in stomach. They will get hungry soon.

They do not feed at times after transport and dont look this to be yet a concern. Give it a day or two yet as this is likely not a water quality issue especially with other fish eating the way you describe
