Clownfish Being Attacked

I have a crab in my tank, and a pair of Clownfish that haven't shown any aggression to each other, but the Clownfish have what looks like indents, cuts, or scrapes on them, and wondering if the crab was scratching them. The tank size is a 33 gallon cube, don't know if I should just leave them be, or interfere, but the Clownfish could be scraping themselves on the live rock too, I don't really know

Emerald Crab, But He Is A Half Inch Long, Which Confuses Me

Could be the emerald. Does the clown sleep in the rockwork? Ive lost 2 fish that slept in a cave on the rockwork. One night i was able to see the crab with the fish struggling break away from its claw.

If the clowns are scratching themselves (flashing) it's possible they have Marine Ich or other common fish diseases.
A healthy clown should have no problem with a smaller emerald crab.

So, a couple things
1. I couldn't really get a good picture
2. The one that got a good amount of scratches does sleep in a cave
3. I was also wondering if it might be big blood vessels, because they are only seen in the tail and they are blueish white
4. The scratches have all gone away, but I will look into those diseases

One died from hexamita, but the other one is doing really well, and is curing from hexamita. The one that died had the most scratches
