Clownfish being weird?

My clownfish has been swimming vertical like this in this spot for the past couple of days. My other one is swimming normally and is doing fine.

Looks like a dominance ritual. I hate clownfish. Get them some anemones

What's up with the bubbles on the water surface though? Almost look soapy. Is the tank brand new?
