low light, fresh phyto (nanno)for the rotifer. Green the tank with nano, some people do 2 to 5 days of continuous light when they hatch. Rotifers for 5 days, then brine shrimp for a couple of weeks while training to eat fish food. Oh feed your breeding pair a mixed diet, and stuff them full multiple feedings, try at least 3 good feedings +selcon .and lots of luck.
