I have two clowns. They got along really well for a few months but now the larger one is picking on the smaller one. Smaller one appears to submit by twitching. The larger one, however, twitches at the smaller one moreso lately.

video of the small ones damaged bottom fin:

Is this normal or should i separate them?

Monitor for a bit longer to see if it gets any better. Have a backup tank or a breeder/acclimation box ready to move the female into.

The twitching is normal and this is part of how clown establish the hierarchy and dominance. As long as you are not seeing pieces of the smaller clown missing, you should be ok...but monitor them. It is possible the bigger one just rejects the smaller one as the male.
