Hello,
My female clown has either illness or injury to her dorsal. It’s novel to me. I think it’s gradually been getting pinker until today it really stood out, I took notice of it, and I think even a bone is exposed. She’s also acting rather wild on her torches. Novel to me. Any thoughts?

The "red-ish" area is troubling. Bacterial infections commonly exhibit this way. Dosing with NFG in a QT or the "Trifecta" of Kanaplex + Furan2 + Metro will go a long way to keeping this from getting worse and allow the fish's immune system to heal itself. A bath in an acriflavine product like Ruby Reef Rally would be helpful as well as it has both antibiotic and antiseptic qualities. Beautiful fish. Hoping all goes well.

Agree^^^ solid advice from @Big G as usual.

Thank you, and yes, she is a nice one. Do you think something like this is extremely time sensitive? My work schedule doesn’t give me a chance to get the meds right away. I could maybe take a half day today (problematic for me), or do it Friday morning.

I wonder if this was initially brought on from being constantly stung by coral.

Unfortunately, bacterial issues are like this are typically fairly urgent :/ how long has it been since onset?

I’m really not sure. It was insidious.
