I have recently noticed my 2 year old Black Clownfish fins look as if they are slightly torn. Is this normal or could it possibly have a fin rot type disease?

Welcome to R2R!
Did you recently introduce any new fish to the tank?

Doesn’t look like it’s bad enough for alarm. Clowns are goobers. I had a female nearly kill her mate after having been bonded for a year. I barely saved him. I would watch him and make sure he doesn’t get battered more. And watch the tail for signs of infection.
