Clownfish has odd bump

Hello my clownfish has a white bump that looks like a tumorish thing anyone know what it is?

It is on the bottom behind the head

Could be an infection, the white if it looks like a cotton ball would be an infection. I’d probably remove and treat with kanaplex if it were my fish. @vetteguy53081 what’s your thoughts?

Need clearer pics as these are fuzzy, but can be overfeeding. egg-bound or constipation

It looks like it could be a ruptured abscess…

I’d say this is a ruptured abscess. As long as it doesn’t turn redder or get larger, I’d just watch it for now.

Treatment, if needed, would be a broad spectrum, gram negative antibiotic dosed in a hospital tank.
