Hey guys, just was taking a look at my tank and noticed both my clownfish have these black markings on them. Almost looks like a disease but saw online it could be a sting. They’re eating / swimming normal as well. Anyways here’s pics/parameters/ age:

Tank age: about 2.5-3 months. Fully cycled & well taken care of. 25 gallons
Salinity: 1.025
Temp 78
PH 8.2
Alk: 8.4
Calcium 440
Mag 1300
Nitrate 6
Phos 0.04
Ammo 0

Red Sea foundation Dosing package with ReefDose.

Stocking: hermits, snails, clowns, lots of euphyllia, Pom Pom crab, skunk cleaner

This is hyper-melanization and likely from a sting which leaves this pigment and will go away on its own
