It’s got 12lbs if live rock, a Marineland Penguin Bio-Wheel 75 with bio-balls as the media, and a 750gph circulation pump (MarineLand Maxi-Jet 600). The clowns would be Ocellaris

IMO a 10g with a HOB filter is too small for a pair of clowns, however I know that others have successfully kept ocellaris in a comparable system.

I’ve got a 10g sump I could throw on it, but anyway, I was planning on putting them in my 15g but was told they’d do fine in my 10 which I was unsure of even though I’ve seen it done. I’ll probably snag a pair tomorrow for it anyway since my LFS has yet to get in the species I wanted for the tank, but they’ll be moved to the 15g when the cycle is finished.

I keep 2 ocellaris in a 20 gallon. I would say 1 for every 10 gallons, so for you 10.

I have a pair of them in a 13.5 and they are doing great! But definitely thinking about upgrading in the future!

Yeah that will work for sure! Im not sure you can add many more fish to that 13.5 gallon tank though.

Yea! I have a pair of clownfish, 1 six line wrasse and a Yasha goby. Everyone is getting along, and I'm about to setup a 80 gallon system!

I have a nano 20G peninsula with a pair of clowns, mystery wrasse and blue spotted jawfish. I have 60 lbs of live sand, 15 lbs of live rock, and I think I was able to get 12-15 gallons of water in there. I do 5 gallon water change weekly and use the filter rack with filter floss, carbon, GFO. All of the live rock came from my existing tank.
