Is that one of those anemones I caught diving? Thats weird, I had then in a tank with clowns for 6 months, never bothered anything. Sorry dude! I did tell you though that I didnt know what they were! HEHE!
Well, I must not be astute enough as I cant see any evidence of a clown. I have seen thos nems before at a store I believe. Really pretty, but apparently baddies.
Wow......must have been really hungry or could the clown have been sick? I feel stupid, but I had to refer to Websters so I could figure out what "astute" meant. Smart bunch.
lol, i knew it wasn't safe for sure, and you know what i pay for clowns. I just posted this out of humor mostly. If you look closely you can see the head of the clown showing through the bottom of the anemone, this anemone is also about 10x the size it would normally be. i'm guessing this may be where my flaming prawn goby ended up. Clown was also very small.
so.... if anyone wants a couple cool unique 'nems lemmie know.
That would be your common Rock Flower Anemone... Some are quite beautiful... I have one with Bright green tentacles, white center and purple mouth, similar to the one in the link posted below... They are known to grab the occasional fish though... ;)
