Salinity is good? Your alkalinity 136 dkh is high the ideal range is 8-12 dkh. High alkalinity can lead to ph fluctuations And make it difficult to maintain a stable water chemistry.
For lowering your alkalinity use a buffer solution or water changes to gradually reduce alkalinity to the ideal range.
As well as you phosphates are high 1.0 mg/L the ideal range is 0.03 to 0.07 mg/L.
Use a phosphate remover or do waterchanges to lower. Clownfish are fairly hardy fish any spots on the fish? Hows the breathing is it breathing heavy? Has it moved?
