My clowns laid a batch of eggs today. Is there any way I can get them off the rock with out killing the eggs?

Almost impossible to do. This is part of the reason many breeders use small flower pots. You just move the entire pot.

Or a tile or small clean rock set nearby, they will usually lay on the cleanest surface they can make/find, but don't stress this time around, first few batches of eggs are generally not that healthy, most breeders let the first few go, you'll get a new chance about every 2 weeks, but read up on what it really takes to do it right, there is effort involved many find beyond what it's worth.
