Hi everyone,
My clownfish has recently been swimming right above the sandbed. I know that clowns don’t swim very far but mine is usually swimming around.
I am really worried as this just set on within the last few hours and now it is barely moving.
I did a small water change of about 3 or 4 gallons. Also I am experiencing a diatom bloom.
I have had both clowns for about a week and a half and the tank has been set up since the beginning of November and finished cycling Early to mid December.
I acclimated both for about 4 hours by adding a small amount of water from my tank into their bags until the salinity was the same.
I have a 40 gallon breeder with 30lbs of live rock. Salinity is at 1.025 and the Temperature is 76. Ammonia is near 0ppm. Nitrite is 0ppm. And Nitrate is less than 5ppm. pH is somewhere between 8 ans
