Your fish has bloody patches in the white band...check your ammonia levels. I'm going to make a guess that something is seriously off with your water parameters. Was your tank fully cycled before adding the fish?

yeah hold on and the tank has been up for 3 weeks now I believe, I did a fishless cycle with dr tims one and only
