Clownfish nipping goniopora

Anyone ever seen something similar. I’ve been concerned about a Goni frag in my display for about a week now it only opens at night. Well my fist day off from work I was watching it throughout the day an noticed that my female clown is almost constantly nipping at the polyps. Has anyone seen anything like that before? I dipped it in an iodine based dip as a precaution and placed it in an area away from my clowns hangout. fingers crossed

Probably wants it to host similar to what they do with nibbling nems. My lightning was doing the same with one of my hammers for some time

Goni isn’t having any of it. I hope the clown gets the hint asap. I don’t have a nem, didn’t know they nibbles on them.

Unfortunately that is not an uncommon clown behavior. Is it possible to rearrange things in your tank to distract the clown?
