Ouch- looks like either post parasite hence the little holes or brooklynella which is a typical clown disease .Not doing well, swimming erratically ,breathing heavy. She has this discoloration along her back. The male died.
I’ve seen half a dozen cases like this, one just last week. Always a white clown that has large pink areas. I don’t know what it is. Until I can get one to necropsy, I can only guess; it seems below the skin level so I would have to say internal bacterial infection that is made visible due to the translucent skin of the white clownfish….Not doing well, swimming erratically ,breathing heavy. Unfortunately she didn’t make it. The areas were definitely pink in color, I suppose it not being Brooklynella is good news. …I’ve seen half a dozen cases like this, one just last week.
