In your other thread, I had said this looked like a minor abrasion. However, video always shows us more - in this case, the clown is also breathing too fast, and the not eating is a serious symptom.

How is the other clown doing?
What is the ammonia level in this tank?

She wasn’t breathing like that before in the older post and was swimming right side up then - the ammonia I tested last night was 0 - the male clown had no abrasions, no issues and was eating all the food so I put him in the DT on Tuesday - I took a video this morning, she is still hanging on but I don’t know what else to do - I have Kanaplex, nitrofurazone, paragaurd, expel-p, prazipro and copper power on hand

Sorry - in this video the fish seems moribund, actively dying. I don't think that any treatment will work fast enough to save it. Of the two medications that you have though, Prazipro and Copper Power would be the two to try. Watch the clown in the DT for any signs of similar symptoms, as we don't know if this issue is contagious or not.

This fish will likely mot eat or swim normal moving forward and can be a result of trauma or injury

Ugh, I can see more issues with this fish - it is continually "coughing" - that can be a sign of gill flukes, but also can be from too much detritus in the water. Also, it looks like it is expelling mucus feces - that can have a variety of causes. In the absence of any tankmates, more erosion of the tail is likely the result of a bacterial infection.

I can't give you a firm diagnosis here because it is apparently multiple issues. I would just try copper power and prazi.

I added prazi a few hours ago - do I do that for three days then switch to copper? Or can I do both at the same time - I also have metroplex and methylene blue Kordon arriving today
