I'm sorry to hear about your fish. Has the female been showing any additional aggression lately (chasing, nipping, etc.)? Is it possible that he is stressed out from the aggression? Are there any physical signs of illness or aggression?

Sorry, I just responded to your other post in the different section. Please take a look at that, but then come back to this thread to discuss.
Thanks,
Jay

No agressive behavior from the female can’t see any physical signs of illness, I’ll post a video.

what is age of tank?
Looking at your parameters, are you by chance using API test kits? Assuming tank is newer, all zero reading seem unusual.
Jay is on this, and do read his input.

Ok, I have seen similar behavior from bullied fish. I encourage you to follow the recommendation from @Jay Hemdal and provide the feedback that he requested above. He is an expert's expert and his feedback will be far better than mine (or virtually anyone else).

tank is about 4 - 5 months old now, I use Red Sea test kits and also went down to my lfs to get it tested both reading were the same

Here is a video I couldn’t get it to swim out any further
Is that video real time or is it slowed down? The fish seems to be breathing deeply, but not very fast. Do you have a treatment tank you can move it to? Any treatment you can do hinges on being able to move it.

No I don’t have a treatment tank but my lfs quarantines every fish for at least two weeks so I thought it would be fine
