Hey everyone, I’m kinda stuck on what to do here, so I figured I’d ask people who’ve been through this before.
I have a pair of clowns. One of them has been sick for a while now — he hasn’t eaten in over 2 weeks, he just hovers at the bottom, swims super slow, barely reacts to food, and he looks thinner every day. I treated the whole tank with General Cure a little bit ago, but nothing has changed for him. My other clown is totally normal, swims fine, eats fine, acts like nothing is wrong.
At this point, I’m honestly debating between just letting the sick clown pass naturally or taking him to my LFS so they can deal with it. I don’t want the healthy clown to be lonely for weeks, and I also don’t want to keep trying treatment after treatment when he’s clearly not improving. I just don’t really know the best move here.
Has anyone else dealt with a clown not eating for this long?
Is it better to remove him now and let the LFS take over, or just wait it out?
Any advice would help
