My ocellaris clown fish pair started moving sand from last 2 days . Is this a sign of spawning? Or any other reason behind it ?
They host an ultra green BTA and they started moving sand in front of it but this morning the GBTA moved behind and they started to clean more area .
N: there is also a green carpet anemone which is hosted by an anemone crab .
Please help me out .

Mine always dig a hole in the sand. I don't know if its a spawning thing since they've done it since they were juveniles. The hole is their home.

You don't have much sand so it looks like "cleaning", but I think they are trying to dig, it seems to be a clownfish thing.

They have a spot that is about 6” in diameter. If I disturb the area they will move a few inches. I guess they do this where they feel safe.
The anemone behind the hole also moved is this a sign of spawning?
