So I have an established full grown clarkii clownfish in my reef tank for about a week. I was thinking of adding a juvi clarkii to the tank is this a good idea?

It's fine. Just hope they get along.:) How big is the tank?

It’s a 32 gallon.

They are very territorial and your experiment may not work. You might be better off purchasing more than one and let your Clarkii pair up naturally. Once or if they do, then you can remove the odd one out before aggression sets in.

Clarkii's (in my experience) require a larger tank than ocellaris to breed. Are there any additional fish in your tanks? I would say you 32G is about the minimum I would try with Clarkii's. I would also just have the two of them in the tank if you really want to get them to spawn.
